CLEANSING - DECONGESTING

Goal: Cleanse; Decongest, and counter Oiliness.

  • Lymphatic Drainage Massage. Will stimulate the entire organism to improve functioning, especially of the skin, circulatory and digestive systems. Find yourself a great practitioner of body work and experience this yourself.
  • Dry skin brushing is a powerful exfoliant procedure and is done using a vegetable fibre brush, before a shower. Afterwards, use a light skin oil rub.
  • Yoga, Tai Qi or Qi Gong exercises will do all the inner-body work by stimulating the entire endocrine (glandular) system.
